Start Rite School of Motoring cannot be held responsible for mechanical failure either prior to or during any driving lesson or driving test. Start Rite  will endeavour to provide continuous driving tuition but cannot guarantee a similar vehicle or the same instructor. If you decline the replacement vehicle or instructor then Start Rite will not be responsible for any loses, financial or otherwise, incurred by you.

 

CANCELLATIONS - minimum of 48 hours notice must be given or lesson must be paid for. Intensive courses - 7 days notice.

ROAD SAFETY - we reserve the right to withdraw our cars for tests without notice should the pupil prove not to be up to test standard.

RESPONSIBILITY - we can not be held responsible for postponements of lessons due to illness or for driving tests postponed by the DVA.
